What is in your mind when you imagine mineral water? The first word that came up in your idea i believe was Aqua and How about if we imagine kids snack? I believe a lot of children come up with brand Chiki from Indofood. Aqua is one of the successful brands which have strong positioning in customer mind share. What is success branding positioning behind those brands? What they make always memorable in customers mindshare? Here we go, if you notice a lot success company has simplest brand name no more 8 characters like Apple, Cisco, LG, Coke, HP, Intel, Virgin Air and IBM. In terms of psychological name with have the short one has better touch in mind memorable than the longer one. For instance why HP didn’t using name Hewlett Packard and prefer to use HP? The reason behind this is because they one the simplest one which people can easily to remember in long term. Another cases with local brand Sari Puspa (name of mosquito lotion in Indonesia) they change the name became Soffel, even Sari Puspa was already famous in Indonesian people. They briefly, rename the brand because want the simplest one and also in order to accepted to be International brand name Soffel.In addition a big guys in software and service computer company IBM prefer to choose IBM name than make International Business Machine, it one more because they want their brand became easier to remember in mind of customers.
However, creating strong positioning not easy as we imagine .We need elaborate our competitive attribute and needs of customers towards our industry. After that we should create some memorable items, it can be through our packaging like what Sampoerna A mild, Coke and Marlboro done. Another example like Harley Davidson that identic with big motorbike with people who needs freedom. Therefore, it depends what is our target market and of course our objectives. In addition, creativity and innovation also another points that vital supported create strong positioning way.

Recently ,topic about entrepreneurship was being  discussed  in mass media. Even though,this is a very ironic issue that happening in this country which is only about 0,18 percent’s of the total population of us who become entrepreneurs ,if we compare with other countries like China 16.4%, Brazil 12.7% and United States 9.6% of the total population of those who become entrepreneurs .What is wrong with us? Do we have to blame the government or to ourselves about this? The most correct answer is from us, we have to change our priorities mindset that want to be public servants and let’s start thinking critically to start a business. In addition one funny example of why people like to be a public servant is a little funny the which still Occurs especially in the Javanese society that if they have suitor who’s work in government sector or as bureaucrat, it can make-they prouder than who have not got work as a civil servants or to be entrepreneur.

Became an entrepreneur is heavy but nothing to lose to try and come on ,if you became an entrepreneur is very promising, one of the beneficial which is we can become a useful for another person , for instances if we open a simple business supplier of vegetables and fruits, indirectly we contribute reduce unemployment ,how villagers proud to us because we can to be someone who can be useful for others and help them to get a job.Not only that at least we can make our parents proud smile to us.This is the beginning to be hot issue concerned by the government towards creating activities that can foster an entrepreneurial spirit for example provide financial helping through bank or other financial institution , create entrepreneur competition every year and hold some training to young generation to have creative skills .Moreover the encouragement come from company who aware about entrepreneur with a container for the entrepreneur to think creative ideas such as Mekar and GEPI.

In fact ,If we feel about the entrepreneurial climate in Indonesia was began to have a pretty good progress with supported good economic growth which is 6 percent every year and also appear local success entrepreneur for example, now come a lot of Indonesian product brands such as Burger Blenger, grilled chicken Mas Mono, J-Co donuts and etc. Hal it be a good signal for the growing number of Indonesian entrepreneurs.Nowadays,existing mindset began to change on head people – people they began to realize that being an entrepreneur it is the first step to achieving financial independent.Ini not escape the role of mass media expose the profiles of entrepreneurs who success.We think if we do not take action from now and just weigh up and always counting the successful possibility when opening a business, it is just a waste time of an opportunity to get a lucky.Bob Sadino said that”if you want to be a successful entrepreneur, just do it and started to take action from now ”

We have a lot of the example of successful entrepreneurs who they can freely do anything’s not likely as public servants. Benefits could be an entrepreneur Real side for us which is we can be a Boss, can freely think creative ideas and pursue financial rewards. Even to be an entrepreneur is like an angel who helps people in the dark, why not? We can create new jobs and reduce the amount we contribute Increasing unemployment and great economic growth. Even though, that are not as easy as we imagine all the necessary passion and sacrifice to achieve its. Because of that’s why an entrepreneurs called people who take on the risk or the who undertake a task. We only need intention and passion to do that, for example not everyone can accept and rise from failure, but we need many times it takes to fall up to be a success entrepreneur. In addition the obstacles come from money or capital most of them difficult and do not know how to get its. Especially in Indonesia, sometimes have an idea but difficult to realize our dream and grow because there is no capital to run that .But, it’s actually not a big issue anymore, many avenues to get it, a lot of institutions and programs from government and private that support this.

The last but not least, it is the point that there are some points where I gathered from experience and reading go to some point to create intentions and characteristic to be successful entrepreneur is we should have passion for the business, it is the first thing that we should to do.This passion typically stems from the entrepreneur’s belief that will positively influences the business people lives.Passion is particularly important for entrepreneur that a  firm determine succes or failure.In addition ,we also should understand the most effective business ideas take hold our passion is consistent with our skills and is in a area that represents a legitimate business opportunity.Second Tenacity is despite failure, because we play with big risk, that is trying something new, the failure rate is naturally high. A great new business may require a certain degree of failure before success is attained. Finally, there is a will there is a way, to be successful entrepreneur must be positive thinking and have fighting spirit and “Don’t be late, take action now!”

Semua manusia pasti pernah merasakan apa itu cinta,omitted happy ,sad or even scream about it.Kadang memang banyak orang bilang cinta itu tidak mengenal kaya dan miskin.hmz but This statement still exist until now?Anyone have love like that?who love ,with true without depend with other varaible.Yupz i wanna tell you about A girls loved did not look her boyfriends background.

Stiil stay cunt,and dont go anywhere.Its better If you read this story that you accompanied wit hot tea and frieds cassava hmz delicious!(my favorite foods).

Once upon a day in small village at klaten region called Karangwetan village.Life a family which Subejo family.Subejo has occupation which is seller of blankon in Malioboro.He also has a child there are Surti,Sarti and Bambang Karyono or usually call mas bamz.He still study in UGM take Management Finance,still in semester 4.Actually he smart ,can study in UGM because he get bidik misi scholarship from the goverment.One day because his father Subejo got sick.He want to help replace his to sell blankon in Malioboro.In deed he have holiday after final examination.Usuallly like ordinary day ,he started from his house bring belonging conssist of blankon,batik ,and other.At 09.00 am he came in Malioboro ,then started to sell blankon and batik.Hmz with humble and smile like sales promotion boy he promote and say”Monggo –monggo Blankon lan Batik ipun ,Murah ,and dijamin gak bakalan nyesel.But no one sell his Blankon Hmz perhaps this is unlucky day for Mas Bamz ,his batik and blankon did not sell anymore.Hmz After pray dhuhur he eat ’Sego Angrinagn Mbah Slamet whose sego kucing very well known in Yogyakarta.When eat he think why my blankon and batik not sell anymore.But immediately ,”He hear voice from Kang Parjo who his friends .Say”Mas Bamz iki loe ono sing arep tuku’.Hmz alhamdullih hehe i will get money.He run like mau kebelet boker.Yupz but when he come in his shop.He silent and bergumam”Ya allah Demit soko ngendi kok ono wong wadon kang ayune ungkuli Ana KCB.hehe.Monggo mb badhe butuh punapa,Can i help you.Yupz Mas I needs some nice blankon for my brother ,Can you show me Which one that appropriated with his?yupz defintely mb You come at best shop.Wait the minutes,Yupz punika mb!pripun?Wah hmz you have good choice I think this one the best choide ,i hope he can satisfied.ohhh of course mb,if not satisfied you can come back again and change with other.yupz matur suwun ingggih mas!oalah you can speak javanise?hehe yupz just little bit,because i from jakarta ,and i in Jogya stiil continue my study.ooh like that mb!hmz hehe mas  i forget,How much the price?hmz because mb my first buyer in this day i give you discount 25% so the price just Rp 25,000 .!yupz matur suwun mas??yupz just call me Mas Bamz,yupz matur suwun mas bamz!hehe Can i know Mb name?oo Sorry I am Gendhis Ayu Larasati just call me gendhis.Yupz Mb gendhis,,ok Mas matur suwun and sugeng siang.Inggih Monggo Mb!be carefull

Dreams Wanna Come true

                        This night like usual with my lovely friends which is radio,i listen it every night when i feel sad or happy whatever.I miss a family circumtances with a lot of love from my family especially mom and dad.At least 4 years my family must hard work to wake up from the recession time ,started when my family busines must bancrupt because my mom and dad couldn’t managed it.But because of that situation i can feel How diffucult and hard to get something that we want,a lot of obstacles will be face us.This journey make me became a man who has ability to aware about my surrounded,for example poor society, street child and etc.Thanks for Allah give me this kind of challenges ,because perhaps I am going to be naughty person who only life because the power of my parents. I realize my responsibility to achieve and make my parents proud because of me that can help and bring my brother and sister became a good person; can continue their study until became to be their want to be. This is my responsibility that must be achieved; I must be the hero for my family, it going to must be. Until this time ,I feel my family little bit get a better change ,my mother even though some time look can’t manage their want but she know aware about her child, and my dad always hard work to give the best as what he can do..Thanks my mom and dad ,I hope we will strive to breakthrough this challenges .Every time I still pray can be what I want to be ,but on another hand , I just ordinary person; sometime I feel alone without some one who give me attention and always with me whether sad or happy. I tray to ignore it, but I can’t, what should I do? When I do this ,my hearth feel I should focus with my goals and achieve it ,and then next think about that.Yeah sometime when I keep in touch with my old friends whether through FB, messages and Twitter.hehe I look majority the topic that they talk not far from love,ckck.hehe yeah it is our destiny.

Ironic, but I still believe what Habiburahman says on his book “a good person will be get good person if they can keep their hearth and mounth’.yeah this principle that I kept it. once upon a time I accompany my father to work, I feel it very hard he must drive klaten to Malang and come back again .In deep path of my hearth I was cried .Hmz I think like my dad know he not suitable to hard work , suggestion he only drink with tea on the home he he. I promise now’s must be became a person who can make my parents especially and people around me smile because of me.Bismillah ,pray hard work and always study to achieve my dreams in best way. Believe and promise to myself my dreams will be come true as long as I can strive to do the best as I can. I believe Allah will give what we want if we can promise to myself not be arrogant and should be humble person anywhere ,anytime hehe.Bismillah I strive to be a Man who can be advantages for another…Amin!!!

           “Let me tell you about a huge ground-level business opportunity,” and you are invited to a house or to lunch for “a discussion.” Funny enough, you feel sick in your gut that there is some hidden agenda or deception. “Probably a multi-level marketing (MLM) organization,”. Suppose it is? Should you trust your instincts? Is there anything wrong with MLM? Lest tray to dig deeply about it. Multilevel marketing or MLM is once of the common words that boomming in Indonesia. This business usually sell a product and the important key that different than other is they also each of them make some branch or influence other person the join as the marketers, in other the gain more profit. These kinds of business are familiar in Indonesia, a lot people join this business, and meanwhile as we can see on the real world a lot of product uses this approach for instance K-Link, CNI, Sophie Martin & Oriflamme. Recently, A lot of people join on this business even from old people until the students, and some of them can be successful because of its. Indeed, in other hand a lot of people collapse or even became stress and crazy because of it, for example in my hometown, they join MLM that name Ginseng. A lot of people sell their garden, fields, cow and home only for to join it. This model of Ginseng is we buy medicine and if they can sell and influence another person to buy it, they will get a lot of bonuses One of the factors, why became like that is the basically of human which want to be rich (unlimited wants).This kind of bad tragedy make image of marketing on the mind of people always bad. In fact, when we hear a word which is marketing, what in our mind or imagination? Sure we think almost marketers are liars. Because of that on this essay we want to tray explained more deeply about MLM which are the MLM in my view, the negative side and positive side, and the example of a company who use this approach. What I expect after write this essay is in a business not only think profit ,profit and profit ,even though business which not gain profit is not a business, but also think what best value that we can pursue to the our Boss which is our customer.

I remember when I was a child, my father friends often came to my home and he bring a lot of cake and the brands is CNI. In addition as a child,I very happy when he come in my home, I didn’t know that it is this kind of MLM.Fifth years ago ,I hear some news that this person who often sell cake to my family success because of it. He know beside has their own small cake company, until now he still sell this CNI cake. It is the firstly that I know about MLM, the business that almost every people can join on it.Nowdays, I know that actually a lot of MLM business in real world Indonesia business. Nice and bad news I hear about MLM, actually in my opinion MLM is just like other business, it offer a product as usual even actually if we can manage and do this on the wise and good way ,we can use it became our approach or method in marketing. In addition we can use our customer as our marketers, it is great. Isn’t it? But once again because basically a human is too greedy, they only think about profit, profit and profit. They blend because of money; they want get rich with instant. Accordingly to gain huge profit they sell their product too expensive with over promises and when our customer ask the promises, they can’t fulfill it and finally run to the police. These kind of bad things that make marketing are liars, aggressive and over promises.

There are some negative things about MLM that I get form what I can see and learn which are the first is a problem of greed, people are greedy, want to get money in the short time. Because of that they over promises, everything they do to get money. Second ,almost the price of product more expensive than the markets,as we can see on the reality that the price of MLM product for example CNI,they sell a biscuit which i think not better than Khong Guan biscuit but the price almost twice higher than it.In other hand ,we know customer have power to buy and they know that this product are expensive.But why they still buy? ,this kind of question that i want to detectived.A lot power behind MLM actually, In point view of me if we can development this approach in good way ,it can be new better strategy that we can used. Even, MLM is mirror of our ability in personal selling skills, if we used in the good way; we can become best personal marketers that can influence another person only with nice persuasive words.

In other hand there are some positive things about MLM which are the capital to joint is relative cheap, This is once factor which can MLM became famous in Indonesia ;cheap and promises get huge profit. Who not interested with this kind of business? Second, Can work as the part time business. Everyone who join it almost they was a worker, the motivation do it because they want get extra income. Indeed a student can do this business, and which I know not less who get huge profit (buy motorcycle or new hand phone) because of it.

In conclusion, eventhough ML M in the mind of our society is almost in the bad things. In other hand if we can used this approach in the good way,not over promises and also what we say is honest not liars; we can grap more customers. Indeed with kinds of approach in the MLM is implanted “how good our personal skills “because once of sense of marketing is influences choice.

         Zero point one eight percent (0.18%) is the entrepreneur percentages rate in Indonesia and only one quarter or zero point zero four five are(0.045%) from youth generation (BPS 2010).After read that statement ,the question that might visible on your mind is why this ironic incident could be happen? Are you satisfied with this amount?  Is there something wrong the system? Come back to real society, when we ask ten of our friends about what the preferences if they graduated from university , in average six to ten respondent absolutely reply that they desire to get job at multinational company and only 2 until 3 who answer I want to be real entrepreneur. What happens, why they prefer to work? Whereas to be an entrepreneur we can manage other people and life without reprimand from our boss. Despite, the bigger proportion workforce can be absorb is from informal sector, we still did not realize how big the benefits an entrepreneur. In addition we would like emphasize the inspirational words from Mr Putera Sampoerna that “Education and Job Creation are the cornerstones to a foundation for the creation of dynamic, peaceful, and prosperous countries and societies”(Putera Sampoerna,2011). This kinds question will be answered on this essay and we also try to identify the best approach to boost and teach entrepreneurship to young generation as part of entrepreneurial development in the right approach.

       The First enigma that we would like to observe are why youth prefer became employee to entrepreneur? Come back again to reality, the oddity which still occurs in the society especially Javanese, if they have suitor who work in government sector or as bureaucrat, it can make they prouder than got suitor who not work as civil servants. Another reason is around seventy fifth percent (75%) Indonesian person tend to save taker than risk taker; it reflected when government sector has open job vacancy, absolutely or one hundred percent more than 2-5 million people apply on this job. This kind of bad paradigm that should we change.

The second enigma, Is there something any wrong with the system? Recently our educational system does not touch to the core of entrepreneurship. Study business in high school even in university are thick delegated to those who aren’t considered smart enough to catch up science subjects. Many school curriculums concern on rote learning to exam passes, but entrepreneurial nutritional requires the encouragement of innovative ideas and thinking outside the box.The small desire percentage of graduates who literally aspire to their own businesses, its unstructured educational outlet where they can learn the tools and techniques to successfully operate an company. Some people convince which doing a business only pick up a small common sense, and that with a little short courses in business planning and marketing.Meanwhile , financing for start-up business is always a challenge, and obtaining funding is even harder for young people.Even though we have a good business plan; we still got difficult taste to search an alternative funding place. The causes as the high failure rate for new businesses; this is the core reason why financial institutions are afraid to give fund with new entrepreneurs without any collateral. This is identify the main reason, as many businesses actually collapse because of a lack of enough capital.

Therefore, we already know the causes why entrepreneur rate is too which became entrepreneur is going to fun and can help another person to get a job. Then, how we encourage especially to youth generation became real entrepreneur? Build upon, causes an entrepreneurial stimulation requires the encouragement of innovative ideas and thinking outside the box. We need fundamentals teaching in entrepreneur suppose to be a lot fun and smile, how it does works? Basically without great idea to establish business, we can not be a good entrepreneur. Through cheerful prescription our mind will easy to thinking the nice idea because on that circumstances our brains release hormone like dopamine that give relax feel and the affect our brains can think easily. I was inspiring when I saw the Google office where the design is comfortable and the result is the employee who works in Google got only little inconvenience on their works and they can work in the creative way.

Moreover, we can arrange another fun recipe towards create youth entrepreneur community and Business plan competition challenges. Through this community as young generation, it can be help them to get networking, learn from the other entrepreneur experienced, and even create business together, why not? Because as success entrepreneur we would like to have a lot of relation or network like nice and deep means mission statement “Your network is your net worth (MEKAR mission statement)” and also might within this competition, young generation motivated to be an entrepreneur.

Furthermore,If we are serious and concern about nurturing our youth towards entrepreneur teaching, we have to build and implementing relevant programmes within the school system.Guidance to know entrepreneurial potential must be provided and make all subject appropriate with real-world opportunities.Mentoring is a vital tool to teach youngsters how to control the tricky pitfall of business, and established entrepreneurs which can provide this support in association with another young entrepreneur generation.In addition encouraging progressive business owners to consider providing venture capital support to young persons with solid business ideas. This financial assistance and managerial support will help to ensure a higher success rate among youth entrepreneurs.The government should also look at establishing business stimulator for young entrepreneurs where they can training ,funding ,update info ,competition and everything which could be access easily or touch all the society.

In brief, became an entrepreneur give positive impact to the society for instance we can help to cut down the unemployment rate and give contributed for positive economic growth. Furthermore, as an entrepreneur we can manage other people and life without reprimand from our boss. In contrast is difficult to fostering entrepreneur souls in Indonesia, because the society prefer to be save taker (became a civil servants) than risk taker. However, we can try and struggle to boost increasing youth entrepreneur towards cheerful prescription for example design a curriculum that requires the encouragement of innovative ideas and thinking outside the box ,youth entrepreneur community and competition, and mentoring. These are only became a garbage plan if every part such as society, nirlaba organization and also the government can not be elaborate as a principle Together, We Can Make a Differences.

Nowadays, probably if we hear word about “Islam “perhaps in our minds, we were thinking related about stringency and jihad in wrong way .It was happening only because a group of who did wrong in translate what is actually “jihad” means for instance the big bombers in Kuta Bali and WTC Marriot.Therefore, we will not discussed about Amrozi ,Imam Samudra or Dulmatin, but as the young businessman in the future and also as Islamic youth generation who  aware about harmonies in society; we should know the fun way and new approach in marketing which is ‘’Islamic Marketing”. This approach was growing up after the near brother which is Islamic finance was having remarkable approach. Nowadays, many country in the world whether they Muslim country or not apply this new philosophy, around seventy five (75%) country around the world was using this approach. Because of that many expertise or professor try to find out and apply Islamic marketing in the their part of marketing strategy for instance the Sage or The father of modern marketing who is Phillip Kotler learn and identified about marketing in islam especially in Indonesia. He elaborate with Hermawan Kartajaya and launching the new Book “Marketing 3.0” that offers value driven marketing.Now,time for us to speak up and as youth generation :

Why should Islamic marketing?

First, Islam gives framework that shapes the moral and ethical behavior of a growing number of Muslim consumers around the world. These consumers constitute about one quarter of the total world population and represent a majority in more than 50 countries. Second, the number of Islam population is increasing every year this determine that Islam has big influence in world economic. Islamic financial institutions, for example, manage or control funds worth around $60 billion (Rodney, 2004). Third, there has been an increasing Foreign Direct Investment in Islamic Country for example our country Indonesia the tendency of FDI increasing is goes up 5% until 9% every year. And fourth, the current political trends indicates that there appears to be a definitive push towards greater Islamisation of countries where Muslims are in the majority (Malaysia, Egypt, Afghanistan and Indonesia) in the form of a return to the application of the Islamic law (Sharia’s) to all facets of life and thought.

In brief, we believe that Islamic Marketing can give contribution in marketing world as new approach. This is approved by some indicator once of its how big potential Islam population around the world and also the key elements on Islamic marketing is very strongly avoiding liars or different what benefits of our product are. Therefore as a businessman ,we should try to learn, know, and apply it in our marketing strategy.
